The Boylan Condos are condominiums developed by CitySpace in 2004. This project is the first and only infill condo project to have been approved in Boylan Heights Historic District. Winner of the Sir Walter Raleigh Award. 

Caraleigh Commons is an historically inspired neighborhood of 47 custom designed and built homes in downtown Raleigh. Overlooking a 12 acre conservation area, residents can enjoy the skyline view from their rooftop decks or walk and bike along the greenway to the Farmer's Market, downtown, Union Station or Centennial Campus! ​

Boylan COndos

Rosengarten Park of the 4th Ward is an historic neighborhood that was saved from demolition. All the existing homes were restored and new reproduction homes were constructed on the vacant lots. Winner of the Sir Walter Raleigh Award. ​
