ABOUT OUR COMPANY

CitySpace Homes Development-Design-Build was founded by husband and wife team, Richard Johnson & Amy Goodale. In 1995, they began restoring historic properties in downtown Raleigh. Johnson and Goodale expanded to restoring entire neighborhoods, then to developing new neighborhoods building new homes in timeless, historic styles. To date they have acquired, restored, or constructed more than 100 residences in the area.
